ADDITIONAL ISIS COLLABORATIONS

In addition to the ISIS-related projects described here, we are involved in an number of other initiatives on campus. These include consulting in the areas of games and virtual worlds, partnering and co-sponsoring on events and special programs, and participating in training sessions.

Some recent collaborations include the Virtual Clinic Project in Duke Continuing Medical Education, THATCamp RTP on October 19, 2010, and the WIRED: Historical Visualization Technology workshop in June 2010 organized by the Visual Studies Initiative and the Department of Art, Art History, and Visual Studies.

In February 2012, ISIS was a co-sponsor for the Collaborations: Humanities, Arts and Technology Festival 2012 at Duke. This major event included four days of panels and exhibitions.
